• Coordinate and deliver materials to customers

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, using GPS or other navigation tools as needed

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to and from specified locations, following all traffic laws and regulations

• Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or designated locations, obtaining necessary signatures or proof of delivery

• Regularly inspect and maintain company vehicles, reporting any issues or required repairs to ensure vehicles are in good working condition

• Assist in managing and organising inventory, ensuring accurate records of delivered and received items

• Verify materials delivered to the store against order notices

• Provide general assistance in the warehouse or on-site as needed, including packing, organising, and cleaning

• Interact professionally with customers and clients during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns politely and efficiently

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in defensive driving preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating reliability and adherence to safety standards.
• Minimum of two years of professional driving experience in a similar role, showcasing familiarity with local routes.
• Experience with transportation logistics or delivery services, providing insights into efficient route planning.
