As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HR support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Provide support with employee relations matters, including resolving issues and conducting investigations.

Qualifications:
