We are looking for a Call Center Associate to join our extended sales team. The right candidate will be motivated and positive with previous commission-based sales experience. They will also have fantastic interpersonal communications skills and used to meeting sales goals and targets.

Salary.
From 2.5k-3k

Qualifications.
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Call Centre / Telephone: 1 year (Mandatory)
Must be able to use Windows Excel
Previous sales experience an asset
Must have exceptional communication skills
Experience with CRM an asset

Duties/Responsibilities:
The main responsibility is to help create business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
Work as a team to coordinate and set up appointments for customer service requirements.
Update customer records with all interactions and customer transactions.
Assist inbound customer needs while maintaining strict outbound targets.
Scheduling appointments for maintenance technicians, sales and service
Scheduling technicians to service appointments and updating system accordingly
Handle inbound calls for customer service, sales and accounts receivable and provide information on products and services.
Complete customer follow up to ensure that they were provided with the red carpet treatment!
Outbound sales calls.
Dedication to exceed customer expectations.
Meet established sales goals each quarter.
Daily routines include full implementation of the sales process
Actively prospect new customers on a continuous basis.
Keep up-to-date product knowledge of all competitive products and services
Participate in off-site product and skills training programs.


Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma required.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude with teammates.


Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience working in a retail customer service or call center environment.


Schedule:
8-10 hours shift
6 days a week
Night shifts available also
