Your Tasks
• Handling inbound customer inquiries by email, phone and in person
• Addressing customer comments, suggestions, complaints, and issues
• Providing information on delivery times and stock situation
• Order processing (prep. of purchase orders, order confirmations, shipping documents, and invoices)
• Tracking and maintenance of returned goods
• Creation and maintenance customer information and records in our ERP system
• Supporting research and response to RFPs and tenders
• Supporting sales staff in processing and initiating sales transactions
• Updating information on websites, directories and online marketplaces
• Following up with customers after they have visited the company’s website or made a purchase
• Monitoring social media channels and responding to posts

Our Requirements
• Completed administrative/commercial/technical education (or similar)
• Proven experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization
• Strong ability to understand customer’ needs and apply appropriate solutions
• Technical support interest
• Fluent in English, Arabic knowledge is an added value
• Valid UAE driving license
• Stress resistant and reliable personality with very good communication skills
• Open-minded, flexible and service-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability
