Technical Support Engineer

We are a technology firm looking for a Technical Support Engineer for our Dubai office.

Job description
• Solve technical issues and look for a way to reduce them
• Consult employees and customers on device/solution related technical issues
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems
• Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering, and gathering components and parts
• Completing the installation, performing acceptance tests
• Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our company’s products and solutions
• Communication with clients and provide Technical Support/Technical Help via phone and remote connection
• Research the market requirements and develop solutions
• Co-ordinate with the developers on the integration related concerns

Job specification
• B.Tech in Electronics and Communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethics
• Can work under pressure
• Freshers can apply
• Driving license is a must
