We are looking for a Workshop/Machine shop supervisor.
the candidate must have:
- UAE experience in mechanical troubleshooting for trucks and machines.
- Candidate is preferred to have the knowledge and knowhow of using/operating lathe machines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians and maintains high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recruits, hires and motivates qualified service technicians.
- Assists technicians in developing their skills.
- Provides technical support for technicians when necessary.
-Maintains professional appearance.
-Monitors workshop conditions including cleanliness, safety and condition of equipment or tools and report to management if any problem.
-Checks progress of each repair order throughout the day.
-Other tasks as assigned.
NOTE: there will be a high commission based on the performance of the workshop.
