Hiring for SAP FICO Consultant in Dubai Years : 8 + Years We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for a greenfield/brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying financial accounting and controlling processes in alignment with S/4HANA best practices. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in SAP FICO modules and proven experience with S/4HANA implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements related to Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). Configure key FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing. Design and map SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions to meet business needs, including use of Universal Journal and new functionalities in S/4HANA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure integrated process design. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend industry best practices for Finance transformation. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing. Train users and create end-user documentation. Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system optimization.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.5 to 10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. Strong knowledge of FICO processes and integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP Activate methodology. Deep understanding of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and SAP Fiori apps for Finance. Good knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., LTMC, LSMW) and SAP S/4HANA data model. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:SAP S/4HANA Certification in Finance. Experience with Central Finance (optional). Knowledge of Group Reporting and embedded analytics.
