We seek a person who will sell one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces and make customers' dreams come true.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of developing solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.Main responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by communicating and assisting clients, identifying their needs, and exceeding their expectations. Work with existing clients and look for opportunities to bring in new clients. Handle incoming requests via social media and the phone. Implementation of the plan and sales targets. Constant personal growth and education to increase sales. Execute administrative tasks.Qualifications3+ years of successful sales experience (in high jewellery and luxury will be an advantage) Fluency in Russian and English is a must Strong communication skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Sales driven Honest and positive attitude towards work and clients Quick learner and involved in any process Ability to achieve goals set by the management Ability to identify and meet customers' needsWorking conditions Official employment Work visa Salary + % of sales Bonus system
