Roles & Responsibilities
The Security Head is responsible for leading and managing all security operations of the company, ensuring the safety and protection of company personnel, assets, facilities, and information. The role requires a strong, disciplined, and highly professional individual capable of handling emergencies and maintaining the highest security standards.
Develop, implement, and enforce company security policies and procedures.
Lead and supervise all security personnel and operations.
Ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
Conduct security inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and security equipment.
Coordinate with police, civil defense, and government authorities when required.
Prepare duty rosters, security reports, and incident reports.
Conduct security training, emergency drills, and awareness programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE laws and regulations.
Mandatory Requirements:
Valid SIRA Security Supervisor/Manager Certification.
Minimum 5–10 years of security experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Physically fit and medically fit to perform security duties.
Strong leadership, discipline, and professional conduct.
Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
No criminal record and eligible to obtain all necessary UAE security clearances.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
First Aid and CPR Certification.
Fire Safety and Fire Warden Training Certification.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or other Occupational Health and Safety Certifications.
Security Management Certification from a recognized institution.
CCTV Operator Certification.
Emergency Response and Crisis Management Training.
