<section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph"> وصف الوظيفة عنوان الوظيفة مشرف مدني القسم الهندسة الغرض والنطاق : مساعدة المشروع وتحسين الأداء والإنتاجية من خلال الموارد المناسبة التخصيص والاستخدام. المهام الأساسية والمسؤوليات تسجيل حضور العمال يوميًا وتقديم تقرير إلى المهندس المسؤول كل صباح. قراءة وفهم الرسومات لتوجيه الفريق الفني مثل البنائين، مثبّتات الحديد، النجارين، والولّائون والمساعدين وغيرهم. التقدير والإشراف على جميع أنواع أعمال التشطيب وأعمال الأعمال النومية وفقًا للظروف الميدانية الفعلية. المسؤول عن اختيار المواد المناسبة وفقًا لتطبيق أعمال البناء. التأكد من تخصيص الأعمال وفق الجدول المخطط والمتطلبات ضمان تنفيذ العمل وفق الرسومات والجدول الزمني الصحيح تقديم إرشادات للاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات ومعدات البناء مع السلامة. الإشراف على الخلط الصحيح للأسمنت والجص ونسبة مناسبة إعداد تقارير دقيقة عن الأعمال المنفذة يوميًا وأسبوعيًا وشهريًا وتقديمها للمهندس المسؤول. تقديم المساعدة الفنية لفريق البناء حسب الحاجة المراقبة والتحقق وتوثيق الأعمال التي يؤديها الموظفون العاملون تحت إشرافه التنسيق والمراقبة الدقيقة لأعمال المقاولين من الباطن التنسيق مع المسؤولين في الموقع لمتابعة تقدم العمل. إعداد طلب المواد للمشروعات المختلفة. التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين لتحديث التقدم. التنسيق مع مشرفي المكيفات والكهرباء والميكانيكا (فريق) لتجنب أي عمل مزدوج. حفظ سجل المواد المسلَّمة وإبلاغ المهندس المسؤول مقدمًا بالمواد المطلوبة. استلام المواد في الموقع مع التأكد أن أمر شراء المواد مرفق وأن المواد مطابقة MR. التأكد من تزويد مخطط الوقت لكل شهر لمشرف الموقع في الوقت المحدد. حفظ سجل صحيح لتحويل القوى العاملة. إشعار المهندس المسؤول بأي عقبات محتملة في الموقع قد تؤخر العمل. وفق متطلبات التشغيل قد يتم نشر الموظف في أي من الإمارات وقد يتم تكليفه بقسم مختلف عند الحاجة. </div></section><section>المرشح المثاليالمتطلبات الحد الأدنى (التعليم والخبرة) دبلوم أو شهادة الثانوية العليا في مجال مماثل مطلوب خبرة من 4-12 سنة في البناء أو مجال ذي صلة المهارات والكفاءات القدرة المثبتة على التواصل بوضوح على جميع المستويات داخل بيئة متعددة الثقافات.الإشراف على أعمال المدني والتشطيبات بما في ذلك أخذ كميات المواد، والتحكم في عمل المقاولين من الباطن بما في ذلك تخطيط مواقع MEP / حساب الموارد، قراءة الرسومات/الرسومات.مهارات الاتصال والتواصل الشخصي وحل المشكلات.</section>
