Operate sublimation heat transfer machines safely and efficiently.
Set and adjust temperature, time, speed, and pressure according to fabric and transfer-paper requirements.
Prepare printed sublimation transfer paper for production.
Position fabric and transfer paper accurately before heat transfer.
Ensure correct alignment of designs, panels, logos, names, numbers, and graphics.
Transfer printed designs onto polyester fabrics and sportswear materials.
Handle sublimation printing for jerseys, sports uniforms, T-shirts, promotional apparel, and customized garments.
Check fabric composition before processing to ensure compatibility with sublimation printing.
Monitor colour output, print clarity, registration, and transfer consistency.
Identify and prevent common sublimation issues such as ghosting, colour migration, uneven transfer, scorching, fading, marks, or misalignment.
Maintain proper handling of fabric before and after heat transfer.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–4 years of practical experience operating sublimation heat transfer machines.
Practical experience operating computerized embroidery machines.
Previous experience in uniforms, sportswear, garments, textile printing, apparel manufacturing, or promotional products is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of sublimation heat transfer processes.
Knowledge of polyester fabrics, sportswear materials, transfer paper, colour output, and heat settings.
Ability to adjust temperature, pressure, speed, and timing according to material requirements.
Ability to operate single-head or multi-head embroidery machines.
Knowledge of embroidery threads, needles, stabilizers, backing materials, hooping, and thread tension.
Ability to understand basic production job sheets and design placement instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
