<ul><li><p>Operate sublimation heat transfer machines safely and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Set and adjust temperature, time, speed, and pressure according to fabric and transfer-paper requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare printed sublimation transfer paper for production.</p></li><li><p>Position fabric and transfer paper accurately before heat transfer.</p></li><li><p>Ensure correct alignment of designs, panels, logos, names, numbers, and graphics.</p></li><li><p>Transfer printed designs onto polyester fabrics and sportswear materials.</p></li><li><p>Handle sublimation printing for jerseys, sports uniforms, T-shirts, promotional apparel, and customized garments.</p></li><li><p>Check fabric composition before processing to ensure compatibility with sublimation printing.</p></li><li><p>Monitor colour output, print clarity, registration, and transfer consistency.</p></li><li><p>Identify and prevent common sublimation issues such as ghosting, colour migration, uneven transfer, scorching, fading, marks, or misalignment.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper handling of fabric before and after heat transfer.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2–4 years of practical experience operating sublimation heat transfer machines.</p></li><li><p>Practical experience operating computerized embroidery machines.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in uniforms, sportswear, garments, textile printing, apparel manufacturing, or promotional products is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of sublimation heat transfer processes.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of polyester fabrics, sportswear materials, transfer paper, colour output, and heat settings.</p></li><li><p>Ability to adjust temperature, pressure, speed, and timing according to material requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate single-head or multi-head embroidery machines.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of embroidery threads, needles, stabilizers, backing materials, hooping, and thread tension.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand basic production job sheets and design placement instructions.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and quality.</p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Identify and approach new potential B2B customers across Abu Dhabi and other UAE markets.</p></li><li><p>Visit prospective clients to understand their uniform, workwear, sportswear, and customized apparel requirements.</p></li><li><p>Present ES Premier’s products, customization services, manufacturing capabilities, and company profile professionally.</p></li><li><p>Follow up consistently on quotations, samples, approvals, payments, and pending customer decisions.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Convert enquiries and prospects into confirmed orders.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of customer visits, follow-ups, quotations, sales opportunities, and order status.</p></li><li><p>Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.</p></li><li><p>Identify upcoming projects, tenders, events, school requirements, corporate uniform needs, and bulk-order opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports to management.</p></li><li><p>Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and networking activities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE.</p></li><li><p>Experience in uniforms, garments, building materials, outdoor sales, B2B sales, promotional products, or a related industry is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of outdoor sales and customer acquisition.</p></li><li><p>Ability to generate new leads independently.</p></li><li><p>Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<br></p></li></ul>
