- Actively monitor a network of ATMs for any suspicious activity, system alerts, or transaction anomalies in real-time.
- Respond promptly to critical alerts, initiating troubleshooting procedures and escalating issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Analyze security camera footage and transaction logs to identify and report potential fraud, tampering, or unauthorized access.
- Document all incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner for audit and reporting purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any degree in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a security monitoring, IT support, or financial services role.
Familiarity with ATM operations, banking systems, or network monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly assess and address complex issues.
