Supervise day-to-day on-site installation, containment, cabling, and rough-in works for all electrical and low-voltage systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards. 

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Field Supervision: Supervise daily execution of electrical slab conduits, wall chasing, trunking, cable ladders, and wiring. 

  • Consultant WIR Walks: Conduct preliminary snagging of works and escort consultant inspectors during formal WIR walkthroughs. 

  • Cable Pulling & Termination: Supervise cable pulling for feeders, sub-feeders, and branch circuits; ensure proper glanding, crimping, and phase labeling. 

  • Material & Progress Tracking: Raise daily store requisitions and record daily work output and labor headcounts. 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Educational & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 4+ years MEP site experience. 

  • Required Industry & Project Background: 4–7 years in UAE construction site supervision handling electrical packages in residential, high-rise, or villas.
