Manage and maintain records of assets, equipment, tools and consumables.
Track issuance, transfers, returns, repairs and replacements of assets.
Conduct regular physical inventory and asset audits and report discrepancies.
Maintain asset tagging, barcoding and inventory records.
Update and manage asset data in INFO EAM or similar asset management systems.
Prepare reports on asset utilization, stock consumption, losses and repairs.
Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Storekeepers and Procurement teams for event and operational requirements.
Ensure equipment and consumables are properly stored and available when required.
Maintain MSDS documentation and support health & safety compliance.
Monitor stock consumption and identify high-usage items and inventory anomalies.
Support asset lifecycle planning and cost-control activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in Asset Control, Inventory Control, Stock Control, Facility Operations or similar roles.
Experience in asset tracking, inventory audits and stock movement documentation.
Experience with INFO EAM or similar asset management/CMMS software is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong documentation, reporting and organizational skills.
Good English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive and disciplined.
Willing to work both internally and externally as required.
