Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our coffee shop team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and customer preferences.
Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
Engage with customers, take orders, and provide information about menu items.
Ensure the quality of beverages by tasting and adjusting ingredients as necessary.
Handle cash, process payments, and balance the cash register.
Restock supplies and inform management of inventory needs.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
