We are on the lookout for a Head of Operations to streamline the Inventory, Sales Operations & Operations functions for internal and external stakeholders, working alongside our CEO & CSO.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • Streamline sales operations and inventory management for each real estate project, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, enforcing new policies, and maintaining adherence to turn-around time requirements.
  • Monitor and manage inventory bookings and units at both the project and unit levels, collaborating closely with the internal sales, sales administration and operations team.
  • Oversee the inventory and booking process, ensuring the correct details are maintained in the system including pricing, payment plan and unit plan.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management, summarizing overall sales, pending deals, cancellations, and postsales approvals.
  • Implement system enhancements on Salesforce or other relevant platforms to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.


What are we looking for?

  • Prior work experience in a Inventory / Operations / Sales Opearations role.
  • Strong Understanding and knowledge of SalesForce
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration.
