Position Overview:
As the Communications Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Masterminds Early Learning Center, you will manage the front-facing communication aspects of the school while providing executive support to senior management. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. You will be the first point of contact for many external stakeholders and a key support figure for the leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

Core Responsibilities:
Communications Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, parents, and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring they are appropriately directed
- Assist with the distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, registration packs)
- Conduct school tours and provide initial information about the school’s philosophy and offerings
- Manage the school’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) by creating content aligned with the school’s communication strategy
- Coordinate with advertising and PR agencies for campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain and organize all school documentation, including media consent forms, student registration, and parent communication lists
Executive Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the Director and senior management, handling tasks such as calendar management and scheduling meetings
- Manage confidential communications and documents with discretion
- Take minutes during management meetings and track follow-up actions
- Ensure smooth communication between the Director, staff, parents, and external parties, acting as a liaison where necessary
- Anticipate the needs of the Director and proactively address any potential issues
Compensation Structure:
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 monthly (tax-free), with potential for adjustment based on quality of experience and qualifications
