Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
2. Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organize real estate documents, contracts, and listings. I'd like for you to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
3. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, property showings, and meetings for agents and clients. You can manage office calendars efficiently.
4. Listing Management: Assist in creating property listings, including taking photos, writing descriptions, and uploading to listing websites.
5. Database Management: Maintain a client database, update contact information, and ensure data accuracy.
6. Market Research: Research properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to assist agents in pricing and marketing strategies.
7. Administrative Support: Handle office tasks such as answering phones, managing office supplies, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
8. Transaction Assistance: Assist in preparing real estate contracts, escrow documentation, and closing processes.
9. Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, and online listings to promote properties.
10. Financial Records: Track and process invoices, expenses, and commissions. Maintain financial records accurately.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or real estate courses a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of real estate procedures and terminology preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• 1-2 years experience in real estate industry
