Administrative Assitant (Arabic+English- Receptionist)

  • Provide Information about DAC Services.
  • Handle and Monitor Parent Inquiries.
  • Booking Consultations: Schedule free consultations and comprehensive assessments in the ERP system and provide advice to clients regarding the next steps.
  • Assisting with Registration Forms: Assist parents while they complete registration forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Upload Reports: Upload PDF comprehensive reports to the ERP system for easy access and reference.
  • Prepare Community Support Letters: Draft and prepare community support letters as requested by clients.
  • Generate Contracts: Create and generate School Parent Contracts and CDP-Clinic contracts for clients.
  • Handle Incoming Calls: Manage all incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Manage DAC Mobile Phone: Handle inquiries via phone calls and/or WhatsApp using the DAC mobile phone to ensure timely communication with parents and clients.

Qualifications

  • Any related course.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and related services is an asset.
