Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all incoming communication via email, whatsapp, phone lines;
- ·Develop trusted relationships with free zones, Economic Department, service providers – DU, IT support, Tasheel, DEWA, cleaning Co, Building management
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to operations manager and company owners with utmost attention to details and timely manner
- Communicate with relevant department regarding the progress of the tasks
- Use actively CRM system, Microsoft 365 system, Teams
- Сommunicate and collaborate with operations manager and PRO
- Receiving office guests and offering them refreshments, make sure working space is neat and presentable; Ensure together with PRO the stock level of office supplies;
- Prepare and arrange the filing system for clients, updating records
- Maintaining the file repository with clients folders online in CRM
- Monitoring basic clients tasks – license renewals, processing of residency visas and coordination with the PRO
Qualifications
- Excellent command in written and speaking language is required, Russian and Italian as additional languages are advantageous
- Experience in UAE at least 1 year
- Problem solving skills
- BS degree in both economics, taxation, law, logistics, business, finance, compliance is an advantage
- · Understanding of banking requirements in UAE and abroad, experience in account opening for companies and individuals, understanding of AML regulations is a plus
- BS degree in economics, taxation, law, logistics, business, finance, or compliance
- Knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland procedures is essential
- Result-oriented focus and fast reaction with right prioritizing of the task
- Proactive and positive attitude towards work, desire to learn and develop knowledge
