Perfect Line LLC is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their Dubai office.
We are in need of a highly organized and proactive individual to provide crucial administrative support for the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Primary Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and organize executives’ schedules, encompassing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in coordinating office procedures to ensure optimal organizational performance.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely responses and assistance.
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and pertinent financial tasks as necessary.
- Support the team by undertaking various administrative duties, including data entry and inventory supervision.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, including effective prioritization of tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment.
- Exhibit discretion and uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
