Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and manage essential bookkeeping tasks for our office in Dubai, UAE. This is a permanent position requiring a detail-oriented individual who can manage financial records while assisting in various executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.

Bookkeeping Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Support year-end financial audits and prepare necessary documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Good proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is highly desired.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong commitment to availability and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive and adaptable problem-solving skills.
