Job Description:
- Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts, efficiently maintaining existing accounts and targeting new ones.
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email, and networking events.
- Follow the department sales plan set by the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the corporate team to enhance the sales operations.
- Follow up with the Corporate Sales Manager on market research to meet changing market & competitive conditions.
- Provide daily / weekly reports to the Corporate Sales Manager / Upper Management on new accounts, collection status, targets, budgets, and sales forecasts…
- Follow up on the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program and represent the company.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Maintain all phone and e-mail contacts, ensuring return of all calls and e-mails.
- Work with the Sales Coordinator to process all contracts in a timely manner, maintain client files to Sales standards.
- Follow up and resolve any Corporate Sales client complaints with operational departments.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Corporate sales, Public relations, and marketing
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare presentations and proposals.
