Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to maintain strong relationships and contribute to our commitment to outstanding service.


Key responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Resolve client issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Pensions Monitor’s services to provide informed support.
  • Document client interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Educate clients on our products and services, guiding them through features and benefits.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer service resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or pension industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping clients.
