The ideal candidate will preferably be female and must be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence for the sales team.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide basic product information, and direct customer concerns to the appropriate sales team member.
- Assist in entering and tracking sales orders in the system, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and delivery timelines.
- Maintain customer databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date in the CRM system.
- Help schedule sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Work with inventory teams to monitor product availability and coordinate restocking when needed.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital sales files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access for the sales team.
- Generate routine sales reports and assist in preparing presentations and materials for sales meetings.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a sales environment or similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing.
- Ability to generate and analyze sales data for reporting.
