We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly efficient Executive Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:-
Administrative Support:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Travel Coordination:
- Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visa requirements.
- Ensure travel plans align with business commitments and preferences.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-up:
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Attend meetings to take notes and track follow-ups as needed.
- Project Management:
- Assist in managing and tracking progress on strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Real Estate-Specific Tasks:
- Research market trends, property data, and competitor insights to provide relevant updates.
- Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and real estate documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for high-profile clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management.
- Personal Support:
- Handle personal tasks and errands, such as managing household needs or family-related activities, as requested.
Qualifications:-
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in the real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with real estate platforms, CRM systems, and industry-specific tools is a plus.
