Procurement Admin

Job Summary: We are seeking an own visa detail-oriented and organized Procurement Admin to support our procurement operations on a temporary 6-month contract. The role involves handling purchase order processes, maintaining procurement records, generating reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the Purchase Order (PO) issuing process efficiently and accurately. Generate and maintain reports using the PO system/ERP system. Record and track procurement-related data including PRs, POs, MEMOs, SSM, etc. Liaise with internal stakeholders and departments to understand requirements, provide clarifications, and respond to requests. Support procurement team in documentation, filing, and administrative tasks. Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Cooperative, flexible, and capable of working effectively in a team environment. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or procurement support roles.
