* UAE National with Family Book * Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) * 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools * Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various formats
