Charterhouse is working with a leading international technology organisation who is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to support the full spectrum of HR activity across their middle east business. This role is pivotal in driving people performance, shaping organisational culture, and ensuring strong alignment between HR strategy and wider business objectives.
About the Role
The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage regional HR operations, policies, and strategic initiatives. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, this role is responsible for delivering expert guidance across organisational design, change management, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning.
The role will work closely with business leaders to develop and execute a regional HR strategy that elevates performance, supports business growth, and ensures consistent, high-quality employee experiences. A key focus of the role is building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring local HR practices are aligned to global strategy while ensuring to meet local best policies.
In this role, the Manager will be responsible for HR functions including performance management cycles, talent management, engagement initiatives, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.
The position will require managing complex employee relations matters, providing coaching to managers on HR best practice, and ensuring compliance with employment law. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting the delivery of organisational change programmes, restructures, and leadership development initiatives. As a sole contributor, the role will oversee HR operations, data management and HR Administration.
About You
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have experience in HR management or business partnering within a multinational, or corporate environment, work experience in the Technology Industry is preferred.
The successful candidate must be an influential communicator with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and challenge decision-making. You will have experience overseeing HR projects, leading engagement initiatives, and navigating employment legislation within the UAE.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English are required.
