We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally

Respond to customer questions, requests, and complaints in a timely manner

Maintain accurate customer records and update system data

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Follow company policies and service standards consistently

Requirements:
