Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle for designated business units. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, the HRBP drives engagement, performance, capability building, and a positive workplace culture, while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams. The role also leads Talent Management (LEADS) and Great Place to Work (GPTW) & EOS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support, including guidance on organizational change, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Lead and continuously improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Manage annual salary and bonus cycles, including data analysis, recommendations, calibration, and communication.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, including investigations, recommendations, and domestic inquiries.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE employment laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
- Drive and support culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives aligned with DHL values.
- Lead and coordinate GPTW & EOS surveys, action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to manage all stages of the LEADS performance process, including goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and calibration.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Leverage HR systems and digital tools to enable data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
