This is a contract office-based role located in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for actively canvassing potential clients, aggressively identifying and securing new projects, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role is target- and KPI-driven, requiring strong initiative in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closing.
Key responsibilities include presenting technical and commercial solutions, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This position offers the opportunity to work with multinational clients and cross-border projects, providing valuable international exposure. Round-trip airfare will be provided upon completion of each contract.
Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Business Development in the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Engineering industry
- Proven experience in sales hunting, client canvassing, and project acquisition
- Good understanding of engineering solutions and project-based sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Target- and KPI-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Able to prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi and conduct active client visits
