We are seeking UAE-based business development partners who can represent Steeple Consulting locally, engage directly with SME clients, and convert opportunities into signed mandates.
This role is focused entirely on lead conversion and client acquisition. All consulting work and execution will be handled by Steeple Consulting’s internal team.
Professionals who can consistently originate and convert quality leads may be considered for a longer-term or permanent role with the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently Identify Potential Clients
- Represent Steeple Consulting in client meetings across the UAE
- Leverage existing SME relationships to introduce potential clients
- Engage with founders, CFOs, and decision-makers to understand requirements
- Coordinate discussions with Steeple’s senior team to support deal closure
- Manage follow-ups through to successful mandate conversion
What This Role Does NOT Involve
- ❌ No execution or delivery of consulting services
- ❌ No operational or compliance work
- ❌ No fixed targets, hours, or office attendance
Compensation Structure
- 30% commission on net professional fees collected
- Payable after successful deal closure and receipt of client payment
- No earnings cap
- Opportunity for continued engagement or permanent role based on performance
