Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station at all times
• Handle POS and cash transactions efficiently
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and basic latte art
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours
• Flexible with working shifts

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,200 – 2,700 (approx. USD 710 – 735)
• Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law

Skills

• Proven experience as a professional Barista in a café or specialty coffee environment
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and beverage consistency
• Ability to operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders
• Advanced understanding of coffee beans, grind size, and brewing techniques
• High standards for presentation, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality
• Experience with POS systems and accurate cash handling
• Team-oriented, reliable, and professional in appearance and attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
