Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee the Room Service operations within our establishment. The Assistant Outlet Manager - Room Service will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to guests in their rooms, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing a team of room service staff.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate all room service activities, including taking orders, preparing and delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
2. Ensure that all room service operations comply with company standards and policies.
3. Train and develop room service staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
5. Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery processes.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
