• Provide timely, result-oriented legal advice across a wide variety of matters for the MEIAT regions.
• Navigate complex legal landscapes, encompassing Richemont Operations, Maisons’ manufacturing, distribution, sponsorship, licensing, endorsement, leasing, service agreements, and litigations.
• Negotiate, review, and draft diverse legal and commercial documents with third parties.
• Manage and coordinate multi-Maison and Richemont related projects.
• Support on labour law, compliance, and regulatory matters across all business units.
• Collaborate closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including Group Legal teams and external counsel.
• Contribute to legal memos, guidelines, business rules, and regional legal knowledge management.
• Actively engage in and project-manage legal operations topics in alignment with the Chief Legal Counsel's agenda.
• Lead, motivate, train, and guide colleagues as legal operational responsibilities expand.
• Protect the Richemont Group's and its Maisons' reputation, reinforcing the Group’s social license to operate in line with its Foundations.

• You are a qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 4+ years post-qualification experience in an international environment, ideally combining private practice and in-house roles.
• Your native or fluent command of English and Arabic, combined with broad legal expertise in commercial, corporate, and project management, will be key to navigating complex legal matters.
• You possess sound commercial judgment, are digitally savvy with an interest in AI, and demonstrate outstanding communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, thriving as a collaborative team player committed to the Richemont Group Foundations.
