YOUR MISSIONTo provide essential, result-oriented legal support across functions for the Middle East, India, Africa, and Türkiye regions, strengthening our regional legal capabilities and promoting legal and operational excellence in alignment with Richemont's 'One Legal Team' strategy.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?- Provide timely, result-oriented legal advice across a wide variety of matters for the MEIAT regions.
- Navigate complex legal landscapes, encompassing Richemont Operations, Maisons’ manufacturing, distribution, sponsorship, licensing, endorsement, leasing, service agreements, and litigations.
- Negotiate, review, and draft diverse legal and commercial documents with third parties.
- Manage and coordinate multi-Maison and Richemont related projects.
- Support on labour law, compliance, and regulatory matters across all business units.
- Collaborate closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including Group Legal teams and external counsel.
- Contribute to legal memos, guidelines, business rules, and regional legal knowledge management.
- Actively engage in and project-manage legal operations topics in alignment with the Chief Legal Counsel's agenda.
- Lead, motivate, train, and guide colleagues as legal operational responsibilities expand.
- Protect the Richemont Group's and its Maisons' reputation, reinforcing the Group’s social license to operate in line with its Foundations.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?- You are a qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 4+ years post-qualification experience in an international environment, ideally combining private practice and in-house roles.
- Your native or fluent command of English and Arabic, combined with broad legal expertise in commercial, corporate, and project management, will be key to navigating complex legal matters.
- You possess sound commercial judgment, are digitally savvy with an interest in AI, and demonstrate outstanding communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, thriving as a collaborative team player committed to the Richemont Group Foundations.
