Job Overview:

As a Branch Manager at Emirates NBD, your role is responsible for the branch’s financial performance, operational control and customer service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

• Achievement of portfolio growth, sales, cross-sell and any other applicable financial targets for the branch for all applicable segments.
• Ensure customer service standards in order to deliver consistent and superior service.
• Ensure operation controls and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interests.
• Manage, motivate and coach the branch staff to achieve desired levels of productivity and competency.

Skills and Experience 

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Atleast 3 years experience in Branch Banking. 
• Understanding of regional market.
• Comprehensive understanding of Retail Products & Services along with processes.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• UAE National with Family Book.
