Job Details

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reports
  • Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and company events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Perform general administrative duties related to the HR department

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
