As a Passport Processor, you will support Front Office operations by managing guest passport handling and documentation processes in compliance with UAE regulations. Also, you will ensure accurate collection, recording, and return of guest identification documents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. And you will contribute to smooth guest arrivals and departures through efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and manage guest passports and identification documents in line with UAE legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate entry of guest information into hotel systems and maintain proper documentation records.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and relevant authorities when required for compliance purposes.
- Always maintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of all guest documents.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with guest inquiries and administrative tasks as needed.
About You:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documentation.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, professionalism, and guest privacy standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
- High school certificate or diploma in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in front office administration or guest services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel systems is desirable.
