About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:
The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.
- Aid in preparing recruitment, transfer, redundancy plan based on general resources recruitment of different departments and business units as per as forecasted budget
- Source Candidates using a wide variety of vehicles – to include sourcing and mining, advertising and internet posting as well as direct sourcing and referrals
- Prepare Periodic and ad-hoc reports which includes all the updates and the information gathered from time to time
- Prepare periodic statistics related to the Manpower and Performance Management activities to use them as a reference for the performance indicators of the Foundation (KPIs)
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (With a focus on HR) OR equivalent
