Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Specialist to oversee and improve quality standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance within our medical center. Preference will be given to Indian candidates with healthcare quality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality management systems and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Conduct internal audits, incident reporting, and corrective actions
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Quality, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in healthcare quality (medical center/hospital)
- Knowledge of NABH/JCI/ISO standards preferred
- Strong documentation, audit, and communication skills
- Preference to Indian candidates
