We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to drive sales while ensuring proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising standards at retail outlets. The role combines sales execution with in-store merchandising to maximize brand presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit assigned retail outlets daily and achieve sales targets
• Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure stock availability
• Ensure correct product placement, planograms, and shelf visibility
• Arrange products attractively and maintain cleanliness of displays
• Install and maintain POS materials (posters, wobblers, displays, stands)
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product rotation (FIFO)
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Implement promotions, price changes, and in-store activities
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
• Prepare daily sales and merchandising reports
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverages
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license (if field-based role)
