  • Coordinating with maintenance staff and service professionalsto repair and maintain the building
  • Marketing vacancies through online listings, signage and social media
  • Arranging tours with prospective tenants
  • Processing rental applications and verifying employment, income and references
  • Inspecting apartments during move-ins and move-outs
  • Training staff when necessary

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with residents and contractors.
  • Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks, such as scheduling, record keeping, and filing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
