Key Responsibilities
A. Maintenance Operations Management
I. Supervise daily, preventive, and breakdown maintenance activities across warehouses
and properties.
2. Ensure uptime and operational efficiency of all building services and infrastructure.
3. Attend to emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
B. Electro-Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Works
4. Maintain electrical panels, lighting systems, power outlets, generators (if applicable).
5. Oversee plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings, and pumps.
6. Coordinate HYAC maintenance and minor repairs.
C. Civil, Carpentry & Structural Maintenance
7. Manage civil works including flooring, walls, roofing, painting, waterproofing, and
minor structural repairs.

8. Supervise carpentry jobs such as doors, racks, partitions, furniture, and fixtures.
D. CCTV, Security & Low-Voltage Systems
9. Ensure functionality and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and
cabling.
I 0. Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and vendor support for security systems.
E. Pest Control & Housekeeping Coordination
11. Ensure scheduled pest control activities are conducted across facilities.
12. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with safety standards.
F. Vendor, AMC & Contractor Management
13. Manage maintenance vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.
14. Ensure quality, cost control, and adherence to timelines.
15. Verify work completion and approve service reports.
G. Documentation, Compliance & Reporting
16. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and asset registers.
17. Ensure compliance with safety, QHSE, and statutory requirements.
18. Prepare periodic maintenance reports and budgets.
H. Team Supervision & Coordination
19. Allocate work to technicians and monitor performance.
20. Coordinate with warehouse operations, tenants, and management.
21. Ensure safe working practices and toolbox talks
