Job Description
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute corporate and social events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities
Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and service providers
Manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, audio-visual arrangements, and transportation
Prepare event schedules, checklists, and post-event reports
Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and as per client expectations
Handle on-site event management and troubleshoot issues during events
Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and invoices
RequirementsRequirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
