Job Title: Logistics Warehouse Operations Clerk (1-2 positions)

Location: MAG Logistics Park, Industrial 18, Sharjah

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 3,500 – 5,500 AED/month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Handle full warehouse operations: goods receiving, inspection, inbound, put-away, picking, outbound, and shipping.

Operate system – input inbound/outbound data, perform inventory adjustments, daily reconciliation, ensure stock accuracy.

Process all warehouse documents (GRN, delivery note, return note, etc.), assist monthly stock count and prepare inventory reports.

Support logistics order handling, track abnormal cargo, and simple customer communication.

Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and strictly comply with UAE customs & labor regulations.

Skills

Age 22-40, high school diploma or above; logistics, accounting, supply chain major is a plus.

At least 1 year experience in warehouse operations or inventory accounting, familiar with inbound/outbound process.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP/WMS experience preferred.

Hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle pressure and shift work (including weekends).

Forklift license is a plus; basic English communication skill is preferred.
