Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Data entry, filing (digital and physical), scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Front Office Management: Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing mail.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meeting rooms.
  • Office Maintenance: Ordering supplies, stocking break rooms, and ensuring equipment functions properly.
  • Supporting Staff: Assisting with projects, preparing documents, and performing basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and office equipment (printers, scanners).
  • Professionalism: Friendly demeanor and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
