This is an associate-level position reporting to
the Investment Manager and Director. The role supports transaction execution,
investment analysis, and ongoing portfolio management across a broad asset mix
– including operating companies, real estate, and special assets. The
Investment & Execution Associate works closely with internal stakeholders,
legal and financial advisors, and portfolio teams to ensure clarity and
continuity across the full investment lifecycle.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support
    deal structuring, execution and closing (financials, legal, due diligence, data
    rooms)
  • Assist
    in onboarding and ramp-up of new portfolio companies
  • Track
    and report key milestones across investment lifecycle
  • Maintain
    oversight of operational and financial KPIs in coordination with internal and
    external teams
  • Prepare documentation for internal investment
    committees and external advisors


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Finance, Economics or related
  • Master’s
    degree in a leading business school is preferred
  • CFA
    certification is preferred
  • 2-4 years in private equity/venture capital,
    M&A advisory or Big 4 Transaction Services
  • Demonstrated
    ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional
    attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, and process coordination
    skills
