Job Details

Strategy:


  • Support development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures for qualifying and training Emirati competencies to achieve Emiratization goals and succession plans. 
  • Assist in linking performance outcomes with training and development initiatives for national employees in line with national development priorities. 
  • Monitor utilization of Individual Development Plans for Emirati talent and highlight gaps between planned and actual development activities. 

Operations: 


  • Implement integrated induction programs for new leadership-group employees, ensuring functional, cultural, and procedural integration. 
  • Deliver qualifying programs for recent graduates and high school students in coordination with accredited educational institutions. 
  • Support scholarship program operations, including documentation, nomination coordination, and communication with educational institutions. 
  • Follow up on academic performance of scholarship recipients and maintain up-to-date study progress records. 
  • Coordinate with department and section managers to prepare 90-day plans for new supervisory employees and follow up on execution.
  • Maintain and update the training and national development database with attendance, completion, and participation details.
  • Prepare periodic reports on training completions and national development metrics for review by senior team members and stakeholders. 

Product / Process Improvement: 


  • Measure the impact of national development training programs using evaluations, feedback, and performance indicators. 
  • Analyze data from training, scholarships, and development activities to recommend improvements to programs and processes. 
  • Contribute insights from academic performance tracking, IDP utilization, and induction outcomes to refine national development initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • Experience: 3+ years in case of Master's degree (5+years in case of Bachelor's degree) 
  • Qualification: HR or L&D-related certification preferred, SHRM certification
  • Expertise in talent assessment and talent pool development
  • Experience in national or large‑scale talent development programs
  • Sound knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to design and implement effective learning strategies
  • Skilled in managing onboarding processes and enhancing employee experiences
  • Competence in ROI assessment for learning and development initiatives
  • Strong training program management and execution skills
  • Proficiency in presentation design and executive reporting
  • Skilled in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Knowledge of strategic workforce intelligence and analytics
  • Understanding of employee experience (EX) design principles
  • Ability to develop and implement integrated learning ecosystems
  • Experience in people analytics and data automation
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven learning pathways and intelligent skill navigation
  • Competence in knowledge and innovation management
